Product illustrations and application examples. Materials and process routes below are design options, not fixed product specifications. Feasibility, tolerances, finishes and project requirements are confirmed against your drawing.

Robot Joint Housing
Supports bearings, drive components and cable routing in a robotic joint. The design challenge is maintaining alignment between the bearing seats and mounting faces.
- Material options
- Aluminum alloy or stainless steel, selected to the drawing.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling, turning or precision boring, drilling and tapping.
- Machining difficulty
- High when coaxial bores, thin walls and several datum faces are combined.
- Engineering approach
- Agree on the assembly datums and bearing fits; support thin walls during cutting and inspect critical bores relative to the mounting faces.

Lightweight Equipment Bracket
A pocketed mounting bracket for aerospace equipment interfaces. Ribs and pockets provide a route to reducing mass while retaining the required mounting geometry.
- Material options
- Aluminum alloy, with grade, temper and traceability specified by the customer.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling, multi-axis machining where access requires it, drilling and deburring.
- Machining difficulty
- High for thin ribs, deep pockets and closely controlled mounting positions.
- Engineering approach
- Review tool access and corner radii; use stable fixturing and staged machining. Agree on inspection and any qualification requirements before production.

Bearing Support Block
Locates a bearing within a machine assembly. Bore location, mounting-face geometry and fastening access affect how reliably the housing aligns with the rest of the equipment.
- Material options
- Aluminum, steel or stainless steel to suit the load and environment.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling, boring, drilling and tapping.
- Machining difficulty
- Moderate, rising with bore tolerances, depth and datum relationships.
- Engineering approach
- Define the bearing fit and functional datums; plan the bore and mounting-face operations together and verify alignment using an agreed inspection plan.

Instrument Housing
An enclosure for general medical equipment components. The focus is assembly access, consistent mounting features and controlled edges on exposed surfaces.
- Material options
- Stainless steel or aluminum as specified; suitability depends on the application.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling or turning, drilling, tapping and controlled deburring.
- Machining difficulty
- Moderate to high for small features, internal corners and surface requirements.
- Engineering approach
- Specify edge breaks, finish, cleaning and traceability needs. Review burr-prone features and inspection access. This example is not an implant or a claim of regulatory approval.

Electric Guitar Bridge
A machined bridge assembly concept with saddle positions and mounting features. Accurate string spacing and clean contact surfaces support consistent assembly and adjustment.
- Material options
- Brass, aluminum or stainless steel, chosen for the design and finish.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling, small-hole drilling, tapping and deburring.
- Machining difficulty
- Moderate to high because of small features, saddle alignment and cosmetic surfaces.
- Engineering approach
- Confirm string spacing, saddle travel and thread details; inspect contact features and protect visible surfaces throughout handling and finishing.

Drone Motor Mount
A lightweight motor mounting interface with a pilot bore and bolt pattern. The main engineering tradeoff is low mass against adequate stiffness and secure mounting.
- Material options
- Aluminum alloy, with grade and finish confirmed to the drawing.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling, pocketing, drilling and tapping.
- Machining difficulty
- High when thin walls, small holes and a tightly located pilot bore are combined.
- Engineering approach
- Check wall thickness and tool access before machining; support flexible regions and inspect the pilot bore and bolt pattern from common datums.

Power Electronics Heat Sink Enclosure
An enclosure with fins and mounting features for power electronics. The thermal contact face, component mounting pattern and electrical interface requirements drive the drawing.
- Material options
- Aluminum alloy, with coating and interface requirements specified.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling, face finishing, drilling and tapping; the blank route depends on quantity and geometry.
- Machining difficulty
- High for slender fins, deep channels and a closely controlled thermal contact face.
- Engineering approach
- Review fin spacing and cutter reach; define flatness and finish on contact surfaces and account for coating thickness at fits and electrical interfaces.

Rugged Electronics Housing
A general-purpose mechanical enclosure concept for electronics in demanding environments. The lid interface and mounting geometry are key to assembly consistency.
- Material options
- Aluminum or stainless steel to the approved project specification.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling, drilling, tapping and gasket-groove machining where specified.
- Machining difficulty
- Moderate to high for deep cavities, lid flatness and narrow seal features.
- Engineering approach
- Define the lid, seal and connector interfaces; inspect those features before assembly. Any environmental tests, qualification or project requirements must be agreed separately.

Deck Attachment Fitting
A deck fitting concept with a rounded attachment loop and mounting holes. Smooth contact edges, mounting geometry and corrosion exposure are important design inputs.
- Material options
- Stainless steel selected for the marine exposure; grade cannot be verified from appearance.
- Suggested manufacturing route
- CNC milling or turning, drilling and deburring; surface treatment as specified.
- Machining difficulty
- Moderate to high for curved contact surfaces, stainless machining and finish requirements.
- Engineering approach
- Specify the load case and mounting interface; remove sharp contact edges, protect the surface and agree on corrosion and proof-test requirements.
